An established client with a national presence is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Litigation team in the Phoenix, AZ office. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of litigation experience and hold an active Arizona Bar license. Strong candidates will demonstrate an interest in real property litigation-including condemnation matters-along with exposure to environmental, commercial, and contract disputes.
Key Experience:
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, including handling case files, motion practice, and depositions
• Familiarity with e‑discovery platforms
• Excellent academic credentials
• An interest in handling general litigation experience as well as handling complex natural resource litigation
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience
• Active California Bar
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation abilities
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
